Remote & Virtual Assistance

We can provide many of our services remotely. One of our technicians can connect to your device temporarily and use a tool like TeamViewer to diagnose and fix issues through a Remote Desktop Session over the Internet. This means you don't have to leave your home or office. If you can't connect your device, we can also assist you over the phone.

If you live outside of the GTA or would prefer remote service, we may be able to help.
