I am interested in a computer CloseDepending on the issue, we might be able to help you remotely. Commonly solved problems are email issues, some software troubleshooting, new computer consultations, some malware cleanup, and some calendar work.
Note: Problems we do not work on remotely are computer slowdowns, lockups, blue-screens, random drive storage fill-ups, etc. We generally do not work on PCs or Macs older than 7 years due to speed and compatibility issues.
If you need remote help, we may be able to use a Remote Desktop Session to assist you.
Depending on the issue, there may be a 1 or 2 hour minimum charge.
Please note that a working internet connection and a (mostly) working computer is required for this option. Also, see remote work limitations above, there are many things we cannot work on remotely.
We often do new computer consultations over the phone, with, depending on the computer, a 1 to 2 hour charge. Please contact us for more details.
Sometimes Remote Computer Help just doesn't work. We offer in-person visits in the GTA for a 1 to 2 hour minumum. We do not build computers on-site, and we do not solve blue-screens or random lockups on-site. Those services are exclusively in-shop only, with a prepaid diagnose fee of $150 plus tax.
