This personal note really made our day.

Alex called us when we were closed during the Easter weekend, leaving us a nice message explaining how he needed a PC to get some work done while his family was isolating in Muskoka.  In fact, he needed a PC so badly, he didn’t mind a rather expensive personal delivery to Muskoka either (yes, we literally "went the extra mile", and one of our Techs drove it out there in person!)  Alex met us in Gravenhurst (such a nice guy) and when we delivered the PC, he gave us this note from his son Ryan... it really made our day!
