With so many of us working remotely from home these days, we are getting lots of requests for help configuring PCs and MACs as well as their microphones and WebCams for optimal sound and video in Zoom, Skype and other video-chat applications.

In just the past couple days alone, we successfully re-configured several different setups, assisting clients remotely over TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn,and SplashTop remote desktop software. Some clients prefer over-the-phone help, and that works too... We will walk you through the troubleshooting and steps needed to get things working the way they should.
