- No support for very old or outdated systems
How It Works
- Email us describing the issue — one or two sentences is fine
- We confirm whether it’s suitable for remote support
- We schedule a quick remote session
- You click a secure link to allow temporary access
- We fix the issue or provide clear next steps
Pricing
Simple remote help starts at $199 + HST for basic issues. If the issue requires more time or cannot be solved remotely, we charge $199 + HST per additional hour.
