A lifelong tech enthusiast, F1 fan, coffee addict, and proud Siamese cat lover, he’s just as likely to be talking Threadrippers and AI workstations as he is handing out coffees and treats to the team, couriers, and friendly neighbours.

Customer Service Manager & Professional People Person Chen is a registered nurse turned customer service superstar who genuinely loves helping people. Whether she’s organizing a get-together, chatting with clients, or making sure everyone feels welcome, she brings warmth, energy, and a calm smile to everything she does.

Senior Technician & Computer Whisperer Jack has built and repaired thousands of computers over the years and still treats
every system like it’s his own. He’s a huge dog lover, a serious car guy, and the kind of technician who can troubleshoot a stubborn PC while talking horsepower at the same time.

Technician & Fast Setup Specialist Michael may be the youngest technician on the team, but he takes his work seriously and has a reputation for quick, careful computer setups. He’s incredibly patient with clients, crazy about Siamese cats, and somehow manages to stay calm even when technology refuses to cooperate.
