March 10th is National Pack Your Lunch Day

It might be a little late to participate if you're just finding out now, but March 10th is National Pack Your Lunch Day... a day when we're encouraged to save a bit by brown-bagging our lunches, and to celebrate our home-made culinary creations by sharing them on social.  :)  Is your lunch today something mundane, or truly inspired?
