Lots of Service Options, with Safety First!

We know that everyone has different levels to what they consider "safe" during this pandemic, so we're giving you lots of choices for service.

  • Purely Remote : This option requires that your computer is at least working well enough to turn on and connect to the internet successfully.  If it can, we can often connect to you 100% remotely over the internet, diagnose the problem, and even make whatever changes are necessary to get you working normally again.  This is a great option if you need help but want to avoid all contact.
  • Mobile : The next step up, for situations where the tech actually needs to handle the device.  Temperature and weather permitting, a masked/gloved/triple-vaxed tech will be dispatched to your home/office and can service your device curb-side in their vehicle or on your front step.  This allows some degree of hands-on service while maintaining the greatest distancing possible.
  • In-Home / In-Office : For situations where equipment like a desktop computer or network just can't be moved, or where the problem is related to the location, a masked/gloved/triple-vaxed technician can be sent to your home or office to assist you.  They will work efficiently, and be there and gone in the minimum amount of time possible.
  • Curb-side Drop-off : Our equivalent to drive-thru service, we still offer our classic in-shop service where you can make an appointment, and drop you device off at our storefront on Yonge St.   Unlike our "Mobile" option, this service is available in ALL weather conditions.
