Dear Customers, Clients, and Friends,

We hope you're staying safe and healthy through all that's going on right now.  We're dealing with quite possibly the toughest times of our lives at the moment, and this doesn't look like it will let up any time soon.  Somehow we'll all get through this the best we can.

Many people are asking us the question "how are you doing?" — meaning Signa, as a company.  Well, to be honest, it's a rough time, but somehow we're surviving, day by day.  It feels like the first week we opened... struggling but managing to cope in the different areas of a small business: Sales, Support, Client and Employee Relations, etc.  Tension is high, but we understand how people are feeling, and we're being as patient and compassionate as possible.

We're doing more remote work than ever before. Technical support, troubleshooting, training, even new PC setup and data transfer.  Pre-arranged and pre-screened drop-offs and pickups at our locked front door.  There's definitely something going awry with Rogers and our phone lines too, as some calls aren't getting through to us.  If you get a fast busy or call failed, try again, or email us at help@signa.com and we'll get back to you ASAP.
