Remote Desktop Assistance → If you need remote help, our best and quickest option is to use a Remote Desktop Session to assist you directly. For a few minutes, this allows our technician to temporarily see what you see, check your settings, make adjustments, and do all the hard work for you, fixing whatever the problem may be from afar.
Please note that a working internet connection and a (partially) working computer is required for this option.
Over The Phone Assistance → If your Internet isn’t working correctly, your computer is unresponsive, or if you're having a physical problem like a paper-jam, trouble re-connecting a cable, or changing an ink cartridge, then our techs can help guide you through the steps necessary to find and fix the problem by telephone.
